Fantastic piece of kit

I purchased this with the hope that I wouldn't actually need it... but it turns out I did need it and boy am I glad I had it.My campervan's (VW Transporter) battery died and I was stranded in the middle of nowhere. Luckily I had the NOCO GBX75 and after reading the fairly simple instructions I had it connected and the van started in no time. I am by no means mechanically minded, but it was so easy to use. There was also the added benefit of having safety protection in place which meant I was safe in the knowledge that I couldn't do real damage if I did something wrong.I even took my van to a well known brand garage, and whilst it was there the van battery failed and wouldn't start. They tried jumpstarting it with the equipment they had and couldn't. When they told me, I got the NOCO GBX75 out and started it straight away! The smug look on my face, and the embarrassed face on theirs was almost worth the price itself!

Purchased what I thought was a top end booster having read all the reviews. Arrived pleased with packing, presentation and quality feel of item. Put on charge would only reach amber but had to try it on a dead battery car even though it was amber. In fairness it started car easily but drained booster back to zero red light. Oh well back on charge over night. Really……. Following morning amber and a red fault light. So sending back for a refund. Maybe I just had a bad one? I’m tempted to buy another but the return process for an item containing a lithium battery is a nightmare. Royal Mail no, several couriers No had to be smarter with description of content and just sent it hope it don’t blown up !

Am tired of long jump leads floating around in the car and having to hope there is another battery to jump start something from so thought id buy one of these. Expensive but its always handy anytime I need it. Takes ages to fully charge but the charge holds for ages too so cant grumble at that. Very powerful, literally I put it on a completely flat battery, walked to the ignition and turned the key and it started first time, literally on there seconds !!!

It’s about time I write a review on this product. I use it every day four or five times a day as I do roadside breakdown. It’s a really powerful unit. Easy to use. There is only one downside to using this product. If the battery is fully flat that’s 0 V you cannot use it. The battery on the vehicle must have about 3.5 V in the battery to initialise the jump pack. I have started 1 L up to 3 L with no problem well my products.

A real monster, packs a pretty serious punch. Will take quite a time to charge but no great surprise, its way bigger than your phone for heavens sake.

THE FIRST DELIVERY WAS A DISSAPOINTMENT AS TOOK OUT BOX TO CHARGE AND CLEARLY IT WAS NOT WORKING/CHARGING AND OVER HEATING ..... HOWEVER AMAZON CALL CENTRE QUICKLY RECTIFIED PROBLEM AND RESENT OUT ANOTHER UNIT AND CHARGED AS INTENDED THIS TIME , FIRST USED ON MY BMW 330D AND STARTED CAR FROM A FLAT BATTERY AND I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED , I HAVE NOT USED AGAIN BUT IM SURE THE COLD WEATHER WILL GIVE ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY SOON , NOT CHEAP BUT 5 STARS FOR QUALITY AND AMAZONS SERVICE !!!
