I recently installed the Delta Arvo Single-Handle Tub and Shower Faucet with the 4-Spray Dual Handheld Shower Head, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. This shower system has completely transformed my bathroom experience.The design is sleek and modern, adding a touch of elegance to my bathroom. The materials feel high-quality and durable, ensuring long-lasting performance.The 4-spray dual handheld shower head is a game-changer. After struggling for many years trying to wash kitties in the bathtub with a shower hose that almost reaches but doesn't quite, I finally had enough! I did tons of research and found this Delta shower head with extending hose and said "why not?" and ordered it. I am so glad I did! I can now rinse my cat's butts without having to move them into weird yoga positions because the hose doesn't reach - all I have to is give a tug and the hose extends and cat butt is rinsed without bloodshed - hooray! Personally, I love the rain shower setting, as I have fibromyalgia, intense shower pressure can be very uncomfortable, but not with the Delta shower head - it really feels like I'm outside during a gentle rain and because of that my nerve endings are nice and calm! If I need to rinse conditioner out of my hair I just change the setting to the handheld shower head that has more pressure and I'm all done in under a minute! Be warned, if you're looking for super intense water pressure and you're not on city water, it probably won't happen. My husband wants the water pressure coming out of the shower head to be about the same as the pressure coming out of a fire hydrant, or if the shower is hooked up to four 747 jet engines - basically he wants all of the skin cells of his epidermal layer removed at over 300psi to have it be considered a "shower" LOL! Three cats and I love this shower head! Hubby says it looks nice and loves how it makes washing three cats easy, but until someone makes a shower head with the pressure of rockets blasting into space he won't be happy LOL. 4 to 1 have voted that this is the best shower head ever! I got the delta champagne bronze for my shower and sink and was having mid reno doubts about not being able to match other metals since it isn’t gold nor bronze, but I didn’t need to worry. This is lovely and the design is a great mix modern and traditional. I think the scald safety is set waaaayyyy too safe so that’ll need to be adjusted.

Excellent product. I would give this 5 stars but for a customer service issue with Delta. The product looks good, functions great. Our plumber was able to install everything with ease. For our shower (on a second floor in an old home that doesn't get great water pressure) the water pressure out of this shower head is pretty good. For the price (i.e. not a high end brand), it's a good value.However, the box from Delta was missing the set screw (which keeps the faucet handle attached), so at present we have a handle that easily pulls off. I submitted a quesiton on Delta's website for finding a replacement screw and they responded the next day with a model number for replacing the handle itself (for $30), with no guidance on obtaining it and with no offer to take care of the situation for us. I've searched far and wide online and while set screws for other faucets are available, there does not seem to be a way to buy this set screw separately. Delta's phone customer service is only available during business hours, and so I've been on hold while writing this review hoping that whomever eventually answers will have a solution (as of this writing I've put at least 45 minutes of my time into trying to find a screw that was missing from Delta's package). **As an update, after about 20 minutes on hold, a very friendly and helpful Delta rep immediately resolved things. Because the set screw is not available separately, they are shipping a new handle that comes with the screw, no charge.

The box was missing a part (the removable sprayer) which my contractor only informed me of after they'd installed all of the other parts (and therefore rendered the item un-returnable). I tried contacting both Amazon and Delta and both tried to get me to contact the other company for support, telling me they couldn't help. Essentially out another $100 and hours of frustration because I had to purchase another shower head from a local retailer (ended up going with another brand altogether because this experience was so bad). The Delta shower head itself that I did receive in this kit was so cheap and flimsy, however, that I probably would have ended up replacing it shortly anyways. Long story short, this is junk, there's absolutely no customer support if you buy from Amazon and a part is missing. I highly recommend buying an equivalent item locally from a brick and mortar store where you would have a better chance of returning to a store if a piece is missing. You can't trust any brand or Amazon anymore for any sort of support (or quality).
