This thing is brilliant. It's wider grip makes all the difference you really engage. You feel the burn. Tried on its own you can feel it but could work for a long time, tried with a 4KG kettlebell and it's intense. Tried with 10KG kettlebell and it's insane!! For context I climb I can do several open palm one arm pull ups and I felt this so that's says it very targeted training just what I needed.Well worth the money.sturdy construction and decent quality.it doesn't feel cheap.

The gym I go to doesn't have any machines that solely work your forearms so I needed this. Easy to use, easy to carry in my backpack, sturdy and is comfortable in my hands. Good quality item indeed.

Love the thick handle, the chain is great for attracting weight, the app is aresome fantastic programmes to train every main body part.However there is only a very little section that tells you to go up and down.If you know what your doing no problem a great bit of kit, l read some of the other reviews, - l did get the chain, and l can get to a height where l can use it, the handle looks as if it will last and not crumble or break like foam on rhe other makes however i know the chain can hold really heavey weights, l dont know how much the thither onto the roller will hold jaust saying

Had this in my cart for a while and finally decided to pick it up to supplement my gym sessions- forearms are a massive problem for me, and often go neglected!Pro’s:Well made, the grip on the rod is not slippy, and it included chains and clips for hooking and securing through weights.The only con:Made me realise how weak my forearms are- very humbling, but enjoyable and can’t wait to have forearms like a lobster 🦞

Great piece of kit, huge thick grips, chain feels as strong and durable as any of my other chains, wouldn't worry about loading this thing with any kind of weight my forearm can bear, it is a bit pricier than others on Amazon but the quality tells. Used it a few times and if you are used to conventional wrist rollers which tend to be thinner you will get a hell of a shock when you first use this, it definitely makes you work for it, will be buying more gear from viking strength in the future.

Great addition to a home workout. Really gets the forearms burning. The chain makes it very versatile enabling you to but pretty much anything on the end of it. Feels well made.

This isnt light weight ..ita a thick heavy duty forearms blaster .It feels the best in the hands with its thick strong handles and superb grip, this thing wont be slipping or breakin any time soon .You may have to buy a loading pin if thats your thing. But thats all worth the cost of this as its built to last.Ive had a few wrist rollers and for me this is the best one ...so i own twoOnly issue inhave would be id like it to be a wider bar, but thats down to a preference

Opened the box to find it was covered in rust in multiple places. I have sent back and ordered another so hopefully better luck on the next one. It looked like decent quality, although as some others have said the handles seem a little short.Update: second one arrived (second photo), also covered in rust and this one even has a hole in the metal.Zero quality control and poor manufacturing of what should have been a well designed product. Also the strap has been cut off straight on the back.
