4-5 hours is good, but overnight is better.

Q: Is this supposed to come with a fill straw/funnel?

No. It’s “funnel shaped” so you can fill them easily.

Q: Is there a trick to get the spheres out? Mine always get stuck in the silicone part of the mold

I run a little hot water over the molds. That usually loosens them

Q: after the ice cube is hardened, is there a round hole on top?

Actually, it’s just the opposite. As you know, water expands as it freezes. With these molds, you end up with a little bump on the top as the ice pushes up into the fill hole as it freezes.
