Burxoe Soundcore Nano Bluetooth Speaker with Big Sound, Super-Portable Wireless Speaker with Built-In Mic for iPhone 7, iPad, Samsung, Nexus, HTC, Laptops and More - Gray

Bought this for its small size. I already have a JBL clip that works great, but it is somewhat bigger and I needed something I could carry in my purse daily. This is perfect in size and the sound is very good. However, some reviews complain about it skipping and sadly they are right. I can tell you it's not a battery issue, because I've charged it for hours and it will skip minutes after unplugging it. At first I did think it was the battery dying, but it will skip and leave you with short, random, silent gaps even *while* charging (up to 6-second-long gaps). The light remains solid blue while skipping. I'll see if I can get a replacement because if it weren't for the skipping issue, this would be perfect for my needs (even the battery life, half of what my JBL clip lasts, is fine considering the size). As is, skipping problem renders this nearly useless (I use it mostly for movies - it ruins the suspense and I miss parts of the dialogue). Returning it and if I get a replacement I will update this review.UPDATE (jan 25 2018): I returned this defective item and was charged for return shipping, I still don't know why. I was really upset about that. However, Amazon refunded me in full when I asked. Then it turned out that Anker has excellent customer service too. I now regret not contacting them directly for the replacement. They apologized for the bad experience and offered me another speaker to try, free of charge. I will post that review once I try it. For the moment I still think this tiny speaker is awesome, but a small percentage presents this intermittent sound problem and I had bad luck this time. I hope it is fixed soon. If I buy this again I will update this review.

HaWhoa-!Can we say unexpectedThis little puppy is great!Goes much louder and a lot crisper/clearer than expected-For just a pinch over 15$, this hits home runs in all categoriesIsn't going to give you a*s pounding, window rattling bass like ... say , an actual home theater system!!!!!...Sorry for shoutingOnly 15/16$, humans of earth, or college students rich in ambition but perhaps low on a specific resource 🤑 you will absolutely not be disappointed putting the money towards this Little rocker, any issues Customer Service is top notch ,as of yet-Friends who upon first hearing it, and not knowing where this speaker was placed, perked right up and were super surprised asking "where's it coming from, sounds like it's everywhere"Alignment slightly out of sight in the corner , the sounds carry well beyond my usual,typical listening levelsAnd , when powering on, it has a neat activation sound letting you know it's on and ready for musicTake calls better than my brothers older but not ancient, iPhone ....clarity is above what was assumed. I'm a bit of a Bluetooth speaker nerd, and over years I've had more than I can keep track of. Jawbone brand, Bose, big, small, waterproof, and more.My all time favorite is the Jawbone Mini, and this reminds me very much of that-- but more mini! Well formed metal, easy to pair and use, good battery life, and simple!It's not a huge speaker-- it can almost fit in the palm of your hand. It can easily slip in a pocket. The sound is not broad, it is mids and highs focused, but what it can produce can be heard throughout a large room.This can also easily be concealed for some "silly fun" of playing odd sounds. We had a blast hiding it in the Christmas tree and surprising people with some sounds that they couldn't locate!I bought a second one already. There are only two features I wish it had, that it doesn't, that would top it off on my super wish list:1. The ANKER brand on the front is what I'd call the "bottom". But the charging port is on the the "top". I wish I could hide the charging port, and that it was on the AKNER side and not the opposite side.2. If I could pair these together like I can a Jawbone Mini or a UE Boom I would really enjoy that.For the price, I couldn't expect more and I'm super thrilled. I love everything ANKER, and I may even be a bit of a fanboy of their charging cables and chargers, flashlights, etc.!

Really good sound and no annoying "Bluetooth voice" letting you know it's connected each time. Small and simple design that doesn't have that cheapo feel. There's no volume control on the device itself, otherwise it's great.
