Just received the product today and I must say it fits perfectly I am 5’6, 172lbs and I have had two kids ages 1 and 4 but my post pregnancy left me with a little baby pouch that’s slightly noticeable in a tight tank top. I am in the military and am targeting this area just for a personal goal. I already have a waist trainer I work out in and I wanted one to sleep in because statistics show that we all burn fat in our sleep so I will wear this in my night wear and throughout my day to day activities when I cant workout. I’ll post a result in a week. You all can’t imagine how these products work just from wearing them a few hours a day or night. I highly recommend this product. It’s very comfortable. ❤️❤️❤️

I weigh 175 lbs, 36” bust & 35” waist...I ordered a M because the XL is now too big & I know I will continue to lose so I don’t want to keep buying each size.The M, to my surprise, allows for additional tightening as I lose more inches around the waist. The bust area is little snug but in okay with that as it will allow me to wear a sports bra only.In the past I typically used this vest for walking only because HIIT training in this vest makes me feel like I’m going to pass out. (That’s my tolerance.) That being said you definitely will sweat a lot with the vest! I’m going to try it out around the house & see how it goes.Also it’s great for improving your posture; that was an additional perk I didn’t even know I needed/wanted!

9/19/2017 I'm 6 weeks postpartum, and looking for something to help lose the baby weight. Prepregnancy I would've just been a medium. Now, these are my sizes:I'm 5'6", 170 lbs, 38" bust, 32" waist, 39" hips.Each measurement puts me in a different size, anywhere from medium-2XL. So, I ordered a medium.I just received it today.It fits fine on my waist and hips, but it's tight on my bust. Which was expected since I ordered a medium instead of a larger size. I do wish it was longer though. And I wish the top portion was adjustable like the lower portion. I don't know how well it works just yet, but I will updated as I go along.

I love this!:) it helped me produce more sweat around my belly. I work out with it. While using it, I lost over 30 lbs and several inches off my tummy. My boobs even got smaller. I would most definitely repurchase. I ordered a medium and it fit perfectly. I was a sz 11 in pants, 38 C and about 180+ lbs when I purchased this..for reference.. I'm 5'4 btw. I recommend this product to help promote weightloss. This review is after several months of wear, and mine is still in perfect shape after weekly machine washes.

THIS WAIST TRIMMER NEEDS VELCRO ON THE INSIDE TO HOLD BETTER. THE OUTSIDE WAISTBAND THAT IS ADJUSTABLE STAYS IN PLACE, BUT THE INSIDE BAND GETS LOOSE, SO THERE IS NO SUPPORT ON THE ABS. SIZE IS ACCURATE TO WHAT YOU MAY WEAR ON REGULAR SHIRTS. ZIPPER IRRITATES AND TENDS TO GO DOWN A BIT, NEED TO WEAR SPORTS BRA UNDER.

Item came with a tear on one side. Pretty bummed out since I planned on using it that day. With no access to a printer and dealing with full time work and 4 kids- I lost track of time. Now it's past the 30 days I could return this. Will order again but not through this company or buyer.

I just took my first run in suit!!. Although I typically run in the early mornings and can vreak a good sweat, I decided to take a later run when the sun was higher while wearing the suit! I felft awesome and secure and had a really good sweat. I ordered a medium but could have gotten a small for a more snug fit. I also like the cell phone pouch. I can never keep up with my ear buds or arm band, so this suit was excellent in providing a space to securely and inconspicuously carry my phone. And I didn't need my ear buds. Great garment!!. I may order a small and give the medium to my sister.

If you have large boobs this won’t work for you. The overall product is great and does what it should for your stomach, effective when working out.

There was bulge in the belly area dew to its metirial. As a result it was not tight enough in the waist at all.

Really this suit is awesome. I wear it as my top after my workout bra or on top of a light Tee for more fat burning experience. Make me sweat like crazy. I don't know who said they fit small, so i followed that review and bought a size large for me. Now i can say that was a mistake, as i normally wear small in shirt sizes, I will be buying a small.

I love this trainer! It arrived really fast. It fits perfectly and does what it says it will do as I started to sweat within 5 minutes of just wearing it! I would definitely recommend this product and might even purchase a 2nd one! Thanks. :)

Exactly, what I expected. It covers your mid-section with little rolling around. Its not stifling, rather comfortable.

Should have bought a small but thiz works! And looks great on...
