I just replaced this after 18 months. It's very durable and still works great. I went with another brand though I recommend.Pro's :It works great and is strong. It comes with a lot of attachments. I used the same attachment for 18 months, its easy to clean and when you take off the attachment it is not gross. The reservoir is good size.Non USB Charger - The magnetic charger is neat I can charge in the bathroom with an AC. I don't want or need to charge a dental product with USB like everything else and take out of the bathroom.The charge lasts a long time. Using 1x a day I got ~2 weeks of a charge and it blinks when it's low. It charges fastControls Intuitive - Once you get use - it's super easy. Different modes are cool.So / So :The base design is not the best. It always has a little a water, you don't to be swishing that. You can try to get it out but never fully comes out so you need to kind of flush. It's not a big deal but may be kind of annoying.The base is does easily detach for cleaning. You have to put some elbow grease into it. It's more of snap. Will not be best for all. It's hard to cleanValue - For $80 I would expect a better design. Yes it lasted but the base become gross (see below)Con's :The hatch to keep the water starting detaching at some point it just was out after about 15 months. I had to keep my finger over itMy biggest gripe is is not easy to clean with the design. The base has folds inside where the water sits. It starts to discolor and water gets trapped. You need use q-tips to get in the folds it after a while and have to wipe it down down once a week at you never feel like you fully clean it. Eventually it starts to discolor and does not feel great putting water in your mouth so I tossed it.Overall this is a good product and I recommend but I ended up getting a cheaper one for my new one and I like the design better.

I wish I had bought this before. It does a way better job than dental floss, it's faster, easier to use (yes, easier than a piece of floss, I swear), and my gums don't bleed no matter the mode I pick (I always use it in the highest power). I LOVE IT. You can even fill the tank with a mix of mouth rinse and water to have it reach places you didn't even know you could feel freshness in. I was told by my dentist to get one of these a couple years ago, I didn't listen, I regret it now that I'm experiencing the POWER of the waterpik water flosser lol.

Phenomenal product! I have always had trouble with my teeth/gums and on the brink of gingivitis. After ignoring my dentist for several months on getting it, I finally did. After a little trial and error (personal error, not equipment) the results have been fantastic! After 6 months of use my dentist told me my teeth and gums have never looked better! This waterpik is light even when filled, and comes with several different attachments to meet your needs. It even fits inside my toiletry bag making it easy to take on vacation!
