So I bought TWO set of these lights, and I initially loved the lights but I hated how they died so quickly! So with a bit of research, I discovered that these lights had horribly cheap rechargeable batteries. So what did I do? I could of easily returned them, but it took me quite a bit of time to determine WHERE I would hang them.....So INSTEAD, I upgraded the batteries. I bought Amazon rechargeable batteries. I decided to ONLY replace HALF of them just to see if it made a difference and OMG!! I can't believe how long these lights now last. The "left" side of the yard is still lit at 10 pm, midnight and even 2 am. The "right" side of the yard is black by 8 pm. So guess what? I will replace ALL the batteries.NOW I love the lights!! Trash the crappy batteries, GET new better ones, and fall in love with your new solar lights.

These are basic, simple, lightweight and work well for my pool equipment side yard. They are not fancy and I didn’t want them to be. I just wanted my side yard lite fairly well. These do the trick. I fastened them with “Extreme 3M Double sided tape” instead of the screws it comes with. These have done well in high winds and two rain showers and not budged. I live in the desert so the sun really keeps them charged. These are a great alternative to placing solar lights in our as granite hard ground in the desert. I have one little light as you can see in the pic that always topples over, so I typically prop it up with rocks. These wall lights are a welcome alternative and fabulous. Cheers

Got these lights for my yard.. came in good packaging and easy to assemble and install. Charged easily and worked good for the 1st day. 2nd night 1 went out... checked and the switch was giving trouble. Said ok 5/6 not bad. But then next evening another one went out.. checked and same problem.In on position with darkness it's not working even though it has charge. Played with it a bit and realized switch it off then back on, light comes on but after 5 seconds comes off. Not sure what that's about but I already ordered another set and didnt want to go through the hassle of uninstalling to return. Not sure how many will work from this new set but will see.It's really nice and light is adequate for garden and yard lighting. Just wish they all worked. Hopefully I get 4/6 to remain working else it's just a waste of money.Edit to my post...Decided to open one up and check out the circuit. Simple circuit so shouldn't be too difficult. Nothing burnt on the board so tried changing the battery... low and behold.. It works again!!! Thank goodness. Apparently the battery some came with were no longer holding charge.

UPDATE 1-1-22: If these ever become available again, be aware that a problem has become apparent with the ON-OFF switches. Because of their open bottom design these lamps will collect moisture. The ON-OFF switches are not sealed in any way. The moisture gets into the switch and it gets corroded, becomes intermittent or completely inoperable. Moving the switch back and forth a few times may get them to work temporarily but will fail again. I tried cleaning the switches with Deoxit spray cleaner. Good for a while, then dead again. Only solution is to take apart and solder across the switch. This will make sure they stay on. If I need to turn off I just remove the bulb. The switch is apparently in series with the battery so if the switch isn't making good connection the battery doesn't charge. Soldering across the switch ensures the battery is always connected to the solar panel and charging even if the lamp is removed. Cheap switches used are not made for outdoor use.ORIGINAL REVIEW: These work great for my purpose and are a perfect WARM WHITE which is hard to find in most solar lights. Most brands for sale don't even specify the color temperature of the light. I've been misled a few times with the harsh bluish-white lights most sell.HINT: Replace the internal AA 500 mA batteries with higher capacity batteries 2000 mA and higher, and if in the sun most of the day will run these all night sundown til sunup.

These solar lights are a great addition to our “backyard ambiance”. Recently had to redo our fence and decided to add some lighting to the posts to illuminate our back yard a bit without having it be too bright. We did not want landscaping spotlights or any of the other options the home improvement store sold as they were often too big for what we were looking for. These lights were PERFECT. Bright enough but not glaring. Perfect additions to a backyard fence or deck. Great size and worked right out of the box. They were easy to install as well with the provided guides. 10/10 would recommend. I bought these because they were cute. I used them near the steps on my patio leading down to our pool. They worked through summer, but by mid-winter they no longer worked and the plastic was bleached out. They were never really bright either - even when new.

My husband and I both really like these lights and he rarely comments on things I buy around the house. They are a nice, realistic bulb look that gives off plenty of light on our pool deck. We originally planned to use all six to replace the six that we had but four are working nicely. I would also like to mention that they come with stickers for the screw placement and the entire light lifts off of the screws for storage during the winter so you can turn them off and pack them away. Very Impressed!

I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with these lights. I've bought many solar lights in the past and the measuring to place the lights on the wall is tedious. To have the tape with the two makes on them (that sticks to the mortar, or any surface is a delight). I had 6 of these lights mounted (after drilling into the mortar) in no time..Lights up and ready to go. When I buy solar lights again, these will be the only ones that I will buy. Thank you for an easy install, and they look tremendous on the wall.

Easy to install and have lasted a long time.

The appearance of these lights is great, but the quality is very poor. They all worked out of the box for 2-3 days, then some of them would only stay lit for a short while, then more failed and the amount of time any of them would they stay lit continued to finish. Vendor was not at all helpful. Good thing I have Prime so I can return it hassle free. Too bad, great appearance if they worked!
