Q: Do these hold up well in saltwater conditions?

Yes, I go through a pair every 6 months , and they NEVER "touch" saltwater.... They def rust and you have to keep an eye on them , my last pair rusted out and while I was tying my rig down it broke. I only run in saltwater, and they're never submerged , it's just being around the environment, or maybe from water draining off boat while towing IDK , but they are not saltwater friendly whatsoever , and you'll get around 5-6 months as long as you don't attach them while underwater lol

Q: I have 3 ft. From boat to trailer. Are these adjustable to fit?

I'm not exactly sure (I'd check if my boat were kept here) but I believe they would work. I've got a shorter length but also ha e plenty of "slack" in the adjustable straps. The company has a good reputation and if you're buying through Amazon you could feel confident that an exchange could bw made.

Q: Are these made in china?

Honestly, I do not know. I did not check that when I first bought. Wished I had BUT these are easily, the best straps I have bought in the 4 years of ownership for my Sea Doo.

Yes it will, I'm very happy whit this straps
