This is a brilliant system taking into account cost, ease of installation and more importantly ease of ongoing use. We have 2 properties and now use the Ring system in both, I have a combination of cameras, alarm system and the Doorbell. All work seamlessly together and very easy to manage on the Ring app. I replaced a professionally installed wireless system with Ring. Yes there is an ongoing cost for the extra monitoring and recording of events, but for me it's worth every penny.My only advice would be to keep an eye on Amazon for the deals and discounts that frequently happen with Ring products and when you are buying drill down into the various kits and what they include, sometimes you can buy a smaller kit with additional sensors free as add ons.

Went for the medium package - not included a picture of the outside alarm yet as not installed it, this bank holiday Monday job. The packaging is very professional, each item separately packaged. Even get European plugs as well. It was so simple to set up and connect to the internet. Have been using it for a few weeks now; have different access codes for my wife and myself; set exit and entry delays to suit; can arm and disarm using the app and instant notifications of alarming and disarming of the system. Tweaked the amount of notifications I was receiving as also have an indoor camera and ring door bell - reviewed separately - was getting too many, but now sorted. Will update review in a couple of months once i have the alarm installed.

After doing a lot of research I decided to try the Ring security system as opposed to using a company to install one in the house.Everything is incredibly easy to install, with regards to the sensors, it really is as simple as peel off a sticker and stick them on, the hardest part of the process is finding the correct place to place the items. I found that you can install the full system (medium) within 20 minutes.It is also exceptionally easy to add-on products to the system if you decide you want extra security at a later date.Furthermore if you have a Ring doorbell cam the Assisted Monitoring is included in the same price as the monthly subscription for your camera and it is definitely worth it for the peace of mind. It means that should your alarm go off it will go through each of your emergency contacts and call them letting them know about the alarm going off.

The media could not be loaded. Overall this isn’t bad alarm system works well. Easy to set up and looks nice and neat. Simple design which works.

It's performance is perfect, motion detection works well, the size is nice and small but not to small and it connects perfectly. But only bad point you need to buy a yearly subscription on top of buying the unit it's self.

Simple and easy to use alarm system which links nicely to our existing Ring system and offers complete piece of mind and visual deterrent.

Good value and appearance. very reliable, feel safer. The app functionality is decent, and the sizes are alright.

This Ring alarm kit is absolutely fantastic and is completely worth the cost.The kit itself is very easy to install and doesn't require any drilling inside the house due to the sticky tabs applied to the back of the sensors and devices.Additionally when replacing sensor batteries the back cover can remain in place stuck to the chosen surface before the rest of the device is then reapplied.The alarm itself is intuitive when being controlled through the RING app however if the user wishes to use the keypad instead the whole alarm system can be controlled daily through this.I have now purchased two of these due to how impressed I am and have installed this in my parents house for them alongside a RING doorbell.The ease of install and use makes this good value for money.
