Hey Guys and Lady's, I don't know if my mini heat gun is too hot or not direct on target when I try to secure two wires together with the heat. But no matte how I try this is just a mess. The solder wont melt before the the plastic ends start to deform and get all messy wire ends also start to melt maybe its me but I cant say this is a good Idea I've seen it used on YouTube which is why I got a mini heat gun.. still no luck. OH well another tool in the back of the closet.

These are great! I never liked crimp connectors. I always solder and heatshrink. This product does that all at once. Super easy to use and does exactly what they are supposed to. Makes a great water tight solder connection. In todays automotive industry with all the electronics and tech you better have a great wire repair not just a good enough one.

I struggled between giving them 3 or 4 stars. I decided to give them 4 stars because of the price point.I’m not a professional and don’t need to worry about maintaining ANSI standards or anything so for most uses these fit the bill great. They reduce in size at least the advertised 50% (which was my main concern) and created a tight fit.These are not waterproof but they aren’t advertised as such so I didn’t dock anything for that.The wear resistance is good as it appears to be of proper material; however, it is thinner than you would get with a “trade level” brand. I’d say by about 33-50%. That may be a deal breaker for some if high resistance to wear and insulation are needed. I’m guessing this is where they cut their costs.Other than that my only complaint is that some of the lengths are a little short for some uses. If you are using them as strain relief you won’t have a problem but if you are covering a splice connection and want some good overlap you may find the lengths lacking. I’d pay attention to the lengths provided if you have a specific use before ordering.Other than those two items it’s a good product for the price.

Cheap JUNK, solder is crap. Ruined a wire harness as all the soldered connections failed due to these inferior connectors. Don't waste your money, buy quality ones instead

Easy to get a solid waterproof connection in hard to reach places.

Most of them work fine. Do not use a lighter like you want to. The blue size for some reason all just kept ripping. I don't know if it was a bad batch or what. The rest of them were good. Make sure you have even heat.

This is the first time I used a product like this, and I must say, I’m impressed. I had to run some wires under my pontoon boat and this product made it easy. Couldn’t be happier.
