I love this feeder. It is very well made and sturdy. At firs the birds would not use it. They were certainly curious but would not land on it. I think the dome covers too much of the landing platform so I swapped it out for a shallower dome and the birds immediately started using it. The spikes hold orange slices easily and they are deep enough to keep the sections in place. The jelly cup sits well in its holder and the birds live it. The nectar feeder also sits well and it easy to clean and fill. A pesky raccoon has bothered it several times and even though it fell about 12' from my deck to the ground, all that happened was that the central rod bent a little. All else survived without problems. It's metal and plastic! The assembly is easy with the instructions, but not intuitive if you lose the instructions. I think the design could be improved on a bit but is not a hiundrance to easy use. I have found that after a couple of weeks, it is wise to check the wing nuts to see that they are still tight. Very pleased.

Happy it has everything the Orioles like, easy to assemble and I like the clear cover.

Contrary to other reviews, it did arrive in great condition. I love the clear baffle and it's worked well. Orange halves fit nicely in the unit and have not moved. However, no Orioles as yet. The only thing I don't like is that there is no way to keep the ants away. There haven't been a ton of them. It does come with a red cap to cover one of the cups but unless the ants send you a heads up, when do you put it on?

Well made and easy to lean and assemble. Unfortunately, after a few weeks no orioles ever showed up to feed. Bummer

Purchased this feeder to attract orioles to my back yard. It looks nice and it’s easy to maintain, clean and add food to it, but did not attract any bird in the three weeks period I had it up in my back yard. Not orioles or any other bird whatsoever. I have almost an acre of wooded land for my yard and the feeder was all by itself in an area easily accessible by all birds. I had fresh grape jelly in the containers, plenty of fresh water nearby and the feeder was placed within easy reach of various bushes and trees in the area for protection. So, needless to say, I’m disappointed it didn’t attract any bird. Maybe it will work for others, but I’m not happy with it. Gave it three stars for ease of use, maintain and clean.

Birds love it and it did not fall all to pieces when it blew off the deck in a storm.

The Orioles really like it the dome I thought maybe it would bother them, but it sure doesn’t

The dome should be an extra inch all the way around as the sneaky squirrels got to it. They found their way in after a few days. We had to run a cable across two high posts. A branch from a tree doesn’t work.

Good value.

Only received the dome on a damaged box.
