This headphone is light weight and low profile but extremely effective! This is my 3rd wireless headphone for my home office and so far it is the best and I highly recommend it for anyone who seeks comfort and compatibility with MS Teams without covering both of your ears.1- I did love the the AfterShokz OpenComm Wireless head phones a lot (very comfortable and the sound quality is great) but it is not integrated with MS teams so I was not able to mute or unmute myself or adjust the Volume from the headset when I was roaming my home during a call and away from my computer. They work with bone conduction so both of your ears are open and they are worn behind your head rather than over your head so as to present a low profile during conference calls and to avoid disrupting your hairstyle. While they didn’t work for me for these reasons, I couldn’t part with them so I gave them to my wife and she loves them!2 - I also tried the Plantronics - Voyager 5200 UC (Poly). The ear pad broke within 2 days and the fit was horrible. Very uncomfortable and painful to the point where my ear was sore after a few days. However it is compatible with MS teams if that interests you.3 - My 3rd and hopefully final purchase is the Yealink WH63 Wireless Headset and they have far surpassed my expectations in every way thus far.

Since Mar 2020, I have had a few headsets of varying price points. The big one I thought I had done well with was the Plantronics-Voyager 5200 (Poly). I am "call center" so I take lots of calls all day. I'll keep it brief but the main reason I bought this headset (Yealink WH63) is because the 5200 UC Poly would disconnect all day. I could be sitting still and it might disconnect. It definitely disconnected if I turned away from my work station, or leaned too far back in my desk chair. I'm talking no more than 4-5 feet away from the base it charges in or the laptop it's connected to. But it drove me nuts having to explain over and over again to people to repeat themselves because my headset had a stroke so many times a day.So I bought this headset. I've had it since mid-May 2022, and can say it does not disconnect at all, if I stand up and walk to the other side of the room, etc. I have not tested it outside of the room I am in (standard American bedroom/office). Sound quality is great, it has a very long lasting battery (I've worked a 9-10 hour day and at the end it'll start telling me battery is getting low. This is with plugging it in maybe 30-60 minutes total throughout those 9+ hours during my breaks or lunch). The one thing I don't love is the ear piece. It came with a few, left side or right side, and it does start to make the inside of my ear ache a bit after a few hours. The ones it came with just don't fit my ear great. I've considered looking for others that maybe would fit better, but it's not bothersome enough to me that I've taken the time to look, so I guess there's that.

This was a very expensive gamble. I am on MS Teams all day every day and was hoping for something that was lighter than a traditional headset. Due to the nature of my job role I have to be on camera all day as well so was also looking for something a little more aesthetically pleasing. The sound quality is just OK and the comfort better than an over the head headset but not entirely comfortable either. I knew when I purchased that the battery may not last all 8 hours but from the reviews I had read it seemed like a simple process to charge while at break or lunch. What I did not discover until too late was that when you set it on the charger it disconnects you from the MS Teams meeting..... a problem if you are the meeting organizer and just stepping away for a few minutes.It also was not an easy install and you have to go into your computer settings frequently and reconnect. Overall a bad buy for me but too late to return for refund

This headset was a good choice. It is working very well so far. It has lots of options for wearing the headset which is a plus. The only thing that is a negative is where/how you plug the cords in. It is a very bad design and is hard to get the fittings all the way in. We had trouble with it not working at first and finally realized that the plugs needed to be VERY firmly inserted. When we got them in correctly everything worked properly.

Love the freedom to move about ... even take out the garbage if I need to - while listening to a meeting. Some days are back to back meetings and the Yealink stays strong. Works best to give it some battery time in-between if meetings run ALL DAY ...Sound quality is excellent - my voice is clear and normal - no distortions.Volume control, joining, and disconnecting is simple via headset, base or computer.Since it doesn't use Bluetooth - no phone interference either. Range is 100ft easy.I enjoy it - earpiece is a touch big for my small ears, but not uncomfortably. I am a Scrum Master and wear it everyday M-F.

Unbrauchbar! Die Software die es für das Gerät gibt geht nur bis Ende 2023. Danach ist keine Softwarekompatibel. Null sterne

We bought 10 of these headset, all of them stopped working within 3 month. We had to reset them weekly to make them work and then all the batteries went bad.
