Can you reuse these with a replacement pack or are they a one time use?

These are 1 time use. It absorbs humidity (water) from the air and once water fills to a certain point or the humidity beads dissipate/melt, you throw it away and open a new one.

How long do they last before having to replace?

I used mine 6 months but I determined when to change according to how much water they collected. My place is on the beach and humidity is always a challenge. I tossed when I had the bottom half filled with water. They did not have an odor and continued to slowly work but felt I should change them in before they did. I am very happy with how these work. My home is not damp or musty at all and that is my goal. .

Is the fresh unscented?

None really have a strong scent which you can smell, tbh. I have bought them all, you can smell it if you stick your nose close to the top that’s it. I was hoping our camper would smell lemony and it didn’t.
