Easy to swallow

....... so it must be good.I left it about a month between ending one lot and buying the new batch (arrived yesterday).Noticed first time round an increase in strength (slight, not massive) and a reduction in weight (also attributed to help from other supplememts).No effect on mood swings, or increased anger.The only thing I will say is actually about the packaging, which I've attached a picture of.Well done amazon for not wasting packaging space 😒
