Q: Will this hold an icepack thats either 14x9 or 11x8"?

No, this is a VERY SMALL wrap that is probably designed to hold the instant "first-aid" shake and squeeze instant freeze ice packs or 4x8 inch size ice packs at best. Outer dimensions when flat are about 9 inches long by almost 5 inches wide, but if you put a anything with thickness in it and try to close it, you lose an inch in width and length as the fabric has to pull in the edges to adjust for bulk.

Q: What is the length of the ice pack?

Yes about 9"L X 5"W. The stretch band holder is much longer wrapping around the knee.

Q: How long does it stay cold?

A pretty long time. Never timed it, but it was always very cold still after doctor's recommended 20 minutes.
