Q: Do you still need to spray these with cooking spray first?

It specifically states on the bottom of my pan to NOT use cooking spray.

Q: how to clean silicone muffin pans

Not much to clean - I just clean w soap and water

Q: Can you use mini cupcake liner in the pan?

Yes and I would suggest using a cupcake liner because due to the smaller size of the cups they are harder to get out without a liner 🤦🏼♀️(Been there done that)

Q: for your 20 muffin pan, what is your top diameter and bottom diameter of the cavity and what is the height of the cavity. Many thanks!

The pan makes 24 muffins, not 20. The muffin is the size of a standard cupcake paper you buy at the store. But I don't use the cupcake papers because the silicone never sticks to the muffins and it is so very easy to wash. I love my muffin pans and use them to make flax meal muffins every other week.
