I have read a couple of mental health books, and this is probably my favourite. It doesn't really matter if you know anything about Daniel Howell or not. The book has some very valuable insights that genuinely help, and you can tell the author actually cares. I recommend this to anyone looking for a mental health book that isn't too difficult or complicated to read
