Will this fit a hackney pony - 12.2hh

If your horse has a girth of less than about 66 inches, it will not. Use a sewer's tape and check the pony's girth, around just behind the withers. If he's that big around or bigger, it should fit.

Would this fit a yearling qh?

It just fits my 13.3h cob with a couple notches left. So depending on your yearling's size, possibly.

can anyone tell me what the inches is diamenter around is adjusted to the largest adjustment. NOT how tall your horse is!

It measures about 70 to 71 inches all the way around at the largest adjustment!
