Is it a good size for a small female (115lbs, 5’3”), or would it be too big?

I actually don’t use it much! I think it’s big and a little too hard like it doesn’t allow you to go back at all

Will the mat slide on hardwood floors?

The mat has quite a decent amount of grip on the bottom, so I don't believe it will.

Would this work well as a head/shoulder anti-slip support for glute bridges? I always slide backwards.

Place power glid on a stable place avoid sliding.

Is this a moderate softness cushion or more on the very firm/ hard side?. Will use to support my back arch while bench pressing?. Need soft support.

It is more of a firm support. The reason this works for sit ups is it encourages the correct motion for maximum use of the stomach muscles. This will probably be too arched and too firm for bench pressing.

Ab-solutely amazing!

A fantastic mat! I usually would use a little cushion to soften the blow on my tail bone. Saw this mat and thought I'd give it a go. Best money I've spent! Encourages great form and posture and takes all that painful pressure away from my tail bone! Love this mat !
