UES Full-Frame Camera Sensor Cleaning Kit (14pcs Swabs and 15ml Cleaner)

I normally have to drive 1 hour each way to the nearest camera store that does sensor cleanings that cost over $75.00 per cleaning, and thought I would give this cleaning kit a try instead. I’ve been shooting real estate for over 20 years professionally and had bad experiences trying DIY sensor cleaning methods in the past. I had a fairly large splotch on my sensor and needed to get it cleaned ASAP before an upcoming photo shoot. This cleaning kit was super easy to use, and removed the large spot on my sensor perfectly! So glad I found this, it will definitely save me time and money, and its a great value too. I also got the recommended blower to blow off possible dust on the sensor before cleaning, and that worked great too. I currently shoot with a Canon R6, but these kits should work just as well for just about any digital camera with removable lenses. Just make sure to buy the correct size for your specific camera sensor. The R6 is a full sized sensor. I highly recommend this kit, it instantly paid for itself several times over on just one use!!! I am very thankful to have found this cleaning kit, and am confident in recommending it.

Super easy to use this - if you've never cleaned your sensor just watch a YouTube video and use this kit and you'll be able to do it easily in 3 minutes. It's easy to do, it's effective - my lens was cleaned perfectly. It comes with a ton of wipers and plenty of solution. You could get 20+ sensor cleanings from this. It's small in size in the package and easy to carry around with you. It fit my camera perfectly - make sure you get the correct size for your camera. Some places charge over $80 for ONE sensor cleaning - you can do it on your own for the cost of this pack 20+ times. So worth it, and easy to use it.

My Lumix S5 ii camera sensor had dust and some deposits on it, which a blower would not remove. I noticed spots on my nighttime, street, 14mm, f11 photos. I ordered this kit, after watching the many YT videos explaining how to clean a sensor. . I turned off the IBIS in the menu and left the camera turned on to lock the sensor in place before using the swab. It's important to ensure you do this to avoid damage to the IBIS mechanism. When you turn on the camera, you'll see the sensor shift its position slightly and lock in place. . The swabbing is simple and not that difficult, or scary, if you are a competent DIY'er or a professional engineer, like me! The sensor has a glass top layer and one YouTuber demonstrated that the glass is not easily scratched. That doesn't mean you shouldn't treat the sensor with care and you should only use the swab once! . The real secret sauce is the cleaning fluid. I've tried wiping the sensor where residue was with a folded Zeiss lens cleaning wipe, using the edge of the wipe like the UES swab. The wipe's alcohol leaves a film behind. The UES sensor cleaning fluid is much lighter and evaporates almost instantly with no residue. . I used one swab, two drops and two wipes across the sensor glass and my sensor was looking like new. I reset the menu for the IBIS and was back in business. . At $16 (at my time of purchasing) for the kit of 14 swabs and 15mL of fluid, this is really good value. The kit will last me a very long time. I try not to change lenses unless I'm in a clean, dust-free environment and the in-camera sensor cleaning function and a VSGO filtered-air blower usually does the trick. I'm sure I'll have cleaning solution left over by the time I've exhausted the swabs. You never use more than a couple drops per swab. So. I'll probably just have to buy a pack of swabs next time. . This kit worked perfectly. Nikon D850 had a niggling little speck in the corner of the frame. I did everything correctly: ran the built-in sensor cleaner, first, with zero result; then the Rocket Blaster several times, but the speck persisted; then I used an older Brand X sensor cleaner that left a trail of streaks and lint. I was resigned to making a trip to the pro shop, hoping I hadn't ruined the sensor, but knowing it was going to drain the bank. Based on the high review marks, I figured $20 was worth a shot to save $300. The gamble paid off, and the sensor is now factory fresh, squeaky clean! Took two swabs to clean-up my previous disaster attempt, but well worth it. I highly recommend this kit.

I’m surprised and excited. I wasn’t sure how well this would work but it do great. I was surprised by how many particles were just sitting on my sensor. It comes with a bunch of swabs and ended up needing three so I’m glad there are extras.

Worked great on a7iii and a7iv did not leave any streaks or marks sensor is good as new definitely recommend using if you do not want to pay shop for minor sensor cleaning

At first, I was afraid to use the solution that came in the package having read some reviews. But the dust specs on my sensor are very stubborn. I ended up using half the swaps because of one very tough spot -- which was a bit of a mistake. I should have stopped after 3rd attempts. Even though I'm afraid it may be too much to repeat the whole process all over again, I did it anyway. And now my sensor is very clean except for that 1 spot which can be healed easily with photoshop. The paddle fit the full frame sensor of my Canon EOS 5D MK II very well, although like some of the reviewers said, there is a little room on top and bottom of the sensor that the paddle cannot reach -- and annoyingly, that's where some of my dusts were. Do resist the temptation to go back and forth with the paddle (which unfortunately I did). So, if you have the same problem of sticky dusts like I had; and after maybe your third try and you have 1 dust spot left, STOP. That's better than keep going and risking introducing my dust specs. The swapping takes a bit of getting used to because all of us are so afraid of damaging the sensor. But I went all out because those blobs of black specs have been ruining too many of my great photos -- especially my perfect sky. So, either that, or taking risks. I'm happy to report that my risks paid off and now my sensor is CLEAN!!! Hooray. Thank you to you people at UES. So despite some trials and errors, I still give 5 stars - because it beats paying 60 bucks to have it cleaned professionally. Hope this helps.

Just what you need to swab the sensor of your full frame camera. I had a very dirty, grimy mess covering my sensor and with a few careful swipes using this cleaner and these swabs, I now have a perfectly clear view. Even at the highest aperture, there are no indications of any dirt. I am very happy. The camera I cleaned with these is a Nikon D700, a fourteen-year-old camera, that I recently acquired and it was filthy. It’s like new now and taking beautiful, crystal clear photographs. I will make this my brand from now on. They do the job and they do it very well. Thanks!

My nearest Nikon service centre isn't as accessible as it used to be, so I looked into how I could clean my D750's camera sensor myself. Came across these cleaning swabs, and was able to clean to remove all the specks of dust. No more headaches post-processing photos in Lightroom anymore, which's fantastic!

Perfecte set voor reiniging van de sensor, makkelijk in gebruik. Na het bekijken van een filmpje op YouTube, ben ik zelf mijn sensor gaan reinigen en met deze set gaat dit gaat dit perfect. Het is echt gemakkelijk om dit zelf te doen en je bespaart een deel geld uit! Kijk wel vooraf naar de maat van de sensor, want het belangrijk dat de swaps dezelfde maat hebben als de sensor van je camera.

I was real nervous about wet cleaning my sensor, I've dry cleaned it several times but wet cleaning is a whole other level. I was nervous about this product because it's so much cheaper than the wet cleaning solutions I've seen recommended in forums and sold by specialist shops. I had a very dirty sensor, and it really showed in some photos. The problem with a mirror less camera is the sensor is basically a dust magnet. I often travel to remote locations all over the world with multiple lenses... I used two swabs to clean my sensor. First attempt wasn't enough Iit was that filthy). No smears and no hassle. My sensor is now clean :) Tips for using this product Use a blower first to clear away any free dust. You can also use a sensor cleaning brush (but use the blower first) When using this product, remove the plastic seal from the top of the bottle. The liquid will come out slowly but it will come out. Be patient. Make sure your camera is switched on and in cleaning mode, especially if you're using a Sony mirror less! The liquid is alcohol free, which means I can travel with it :) I'm very happy with this purchase, and would recommend this product.
