I don't think this photo will help as much because the whoopie sling is off center, and I'm not able to crop it on here. I only weigh 105lbs, so these have absolutely no issues holding me up. I highly recommend watching videos on setup. I had watched a few and still missed the fact that I had to smooth it out after cinching. Because I'm so petite, I really need to cut down on weight as much as I can, and these are a great start for me. I got long strings since I live in the Arizona desert, so I wanted to give myself options. The extra cord when there is some is pesky, but it's much better alternative that not having enough!

If you purchase this woopie sling you get a hand typed letter from the man who made these. Not only is the quality good (am steel)you get a 2 pack. 5 stars. Perfect ridgeline for my hammock if you dont use a ridgeline your hammock is going to break. It says 6ft, that's how it's shipped once you slide the sling you get another 4 or so feet.

The whoopie slings make setting up and taking down my camping hammock so much simpler. It's also lighter and I can quickly adjust my hang.I'm so glad I found these on Amazon as I would have no idea as to how to make my own from Amasteel cordage. I'd have to order a ridiculous amount of Amasteel to get a reasonable price on it and Amasteel is not cheap!

The item is well made and you can tell the craftsmanship is top notch. The length is just right for hanging a hammock. The added bead at the end of the pull through loop to stop from pulling all the way through is a nice touch.

I modified a hammock by swapping original webbing for these shorter slings. They really did the job for being adjustable and for the way the strong fibers bound to each other, even with my relatively poor knots.
