As a truck driver, I need a reliable headset for clear calls. Volume is important, too. Battery life also important. I wear it up 16 hours a day. More than just phone calls, I use it to listen to podcasts, etc. I have probably purchased 30 different headsets over the last 3 years. Always searching for a good one. I've owned a couple different Plantronics, a Blue Parrot, and so many more. Although it swivels to fit either ear, if you swivel it too much, it will wear out at the swivel point. So, I keep one exclusively for my right ear, and another for my left. Otherwise, it takes 6-7 months of daily swiveling to begin to wear it out. It's a weak point on all headsets of this type. (Planned obsolescence?) The battery pack is HUGE, a lot to stuff behind your ear, but I've gotten use to it. The on/off button is another HUGE weak spot in these type of headsets, however, this one is really good. On some brands, you have to push really hard to turn on/off, and it gets worse until they stop working. Not this one, a gentle push is all you need...don't be forceful. The charging indicator light is easily visible. I like this headset. If I didn't, I wouldn't own 4. It's a great value, and reliable. And I've tried quite a few.

Great Bluetooth earpiece, I drive semis, I can hear clear and people think I am at home it's so quiet on their end.

Finally found a replacement for my old and broken earpiece. I believe this is at least the fifth one that I tried. Rufus helped me find it! What I like about it is the small flexible piece that secures the earpiece in the ear without the need for the piece that goes over the ear. Would have given it five stars but the voice that is used is not to my liking. :)

I got this for my husband and he loves it. He drives all day so this is perfect, light weight, battery last, and you can hear great. I should’ve got this along time ago!

Very disappointed with this item. I received it at the end of Feb and it is now only the end of Apr and it will not even turn on any longer. It is fully charged. Will never purchase this item again.

Great product, I had one before for two and a half years, till I lost it, I purchased it again, 100% I recommend it, by the way the battery life it’s amazing.

Works as described with decent battery life. Only drawback is the magnetic charger which has a limited life. I tried to purchase a replacement charger cord, but haven't been able to find the right one yet. Love the bluetooth. Not so much the charger.
