HONBAY Modular Sectional Sofa U Shaped Modular Couch Reversible Sofa Sectional Couch with Storage Seat, Bluish Grey

I ordered this couch in January 2023 after going back and forth for the longest. I wanted a LoveSac because of the modular ability, but couldn't see paying that price. This is a solid 'A' dupe. To give you some context- we have four kids under 10, a dog, and entertain quite a bit. We've gone through 2 sectionals in the past three years, after they started ripping at the seams from the wear and tear of such a large family (Name brands, might I add). This couch has been perfect. The seams are sewn well, the fabric is soft, and the storage is an added bonus. I fully expected the handles to easily pull off, but to my surprise they are also sewn on well (having made it through a puppy attempting to pull them off once or twice). As far as comfort, the amount of cushion provides lower back support without you sinking down into it. If you have a mobility issue, this may be a great option. I will say the back is lower- which I didn't think I'd like when I was taking it out of the box, but as time went on I actually enjoy this height more than others. The legs that support the couch are plastic, but made to look like wood. They do not give or crack when screwing them on, as some cheaper pieces of furniture may with these types of supports. The storage in each section is enough to hold a thick blanket, extra pillows, or of course- kids toys/books. You can change the couch shape entirely within 5 minutes. The modular function uses little brackets that click in place, over two connecting pieces. I've included a picture of both with and without the bracket so you can see. We move the couch around all the time, and guests have slept on it when changed to be a full size bed. Overall, I don't think you can go wrong with this couch if you want functionality, comfort, and storage. We will probably end up buying more pieces to it as time goes on.

The backs can be removed and swapped to the other side which is great for our house so people can sit that way when over playing pool.Beautiful color, very well made, sturgy and comfortable, easy clean and love love live the storage in every seat! The company text us with updates on delivery and even checked on our satisfaction after and went above and beyond to help us. Worked great for our great room that needed multiple flexible seating spaces.

Decent for the money and you can get a lot of utility out of it. My issue is part availability. I've been wanting to get more backrest pieces and they're never in stock.

The media could not be loaded. You never know what you’re going to buy on Amazon, but we took a chance and bought this couch. We knew a couple that were ordering it and shared it with us, we loved how many seats there were that we could add more seats if we wanted in the fact that I have storage and every seat was just perfect. Upon delivery, we got every piece the same day, our entire porch was just covered with packages. we love the blue gray color so far it’s very comfortable, we’ve had it for a couple months and hasn’t lost any comfort. It was hard for me to figure out how to latch on the pieces, but my husband and son had no problem figuring it out. One thing I do not like is when there’s a rug underneath to move the rug, you’d have to move each piece unless you have your family moving the couch together. Great value, very satisfied with this couch.

We were excited to purchase the blue/grey sofa, though this was our first furniture purchase on Amazon, so we were nervous that the product might look differently than in the picture. However, we thought the return policy suggested that we had 30 days to return the product if we were not happy with it. So, we decided to order.Our sofa arrive quite quickly, which we were happy about. Unfortunately, the color was not as expected (it reminds me of denim, rather than a smooth blue/grey color). We kept everything neatly packaged and submitted a return. The seller approved our return request and send a return label. However, we only received one label, which says there is 1 package, but there are 7 boxes in this order. The return slip also requires us to pay shipping costs to return the sofa even though the seller's note says to contact them if we have not received a pre-paid label. I contacted the seller, and they said it was my responsibility to pay return shipping even though that was never advertised anywhere before purchasing the product. We would never have purchased something this heavy and expensive if we had understood we wouldn't be able to return it for a full refund if we were not satisfied. In addition, the seller has not responded to my concern about the return labels and the fact that I have only received one label for one box. Thus, even if I were willing to pay shipping, I still couldn't since I don't have an accurate return label and slip.It looks like many buyers are satisfied with the sofa and color, which is great. But if you have any thoughts that you might want to return it for any reason, I do not recommend working with this seller.

Setup was extremely easy, and it looks pretty good in the room. One end is not as secure as I’d like, but it’s overall OK. I am disappointed that it’s not more comfortable though. Seats are very short and super firm and just not comfortable. I have found that it’s far more comfortable if you are laying on it, so I hope it will make an OK extra bed (I bought extra pieces for just that purpose and 2ill use a memory foam topper). But it serves the purpose and has lots of storage, so it will do for now.. I wanted to love it, but at least I don’t hate it
