What size page protectors work best with the eyelet strip?

I made a 2 ring system which I took of an old kneeboard. My is A6. I made the old system with TieRaps on the new kneeboard, that works PERFECT.

What size paper does this hold?

Flyboys has proprietary document sleeves that fit this kneeboard. For loose leaf paper, I would say 4"x6" is the largest size paper I would use.

Debating between this one and the regular (non-reversible Flyboys Kneeboard). Does this one add significant bulk ?
