Oh this is such a great support for a sore lower back! And it really does iron out those love handles when used consistently. I am thinking in about a month they will be all gone! I like putting on my high waisted underwear and sliding this right in the back! If it gets uncomfortable, I just pull it out and give myself a break! I was told by plastic surgeon to get this following liposuction to my back. The ones he suggested were more than twice the price. I got this instead. It fit the same, was designed the same, same quality of material, just a better price. Doctor didn't notice a difference.

Lacks support as it seems. Does not stay in place moves up your back when sitting and can shift and move when walking even when wearing post surgery garments.

Works fine

I assume this board will stay in place if you do not have any kind of curves, however as a thick chick, the back board slides out of place constantly over time. Doesn't matter if you wear it on top or under a camisole/tank top. The smooth satin-like finish Doesn't help. It's a shame because it seems to have a perfect shape for my backside. I may see about using a elastic band to see if it will keep it in place to get my money's worth. But finding a board with a coarser fabric might fare better for keeping it in place underneath a faja.

Very comfortable when wearing under my compression garment. I love the pain relief as well as helping in my posture. It works as expected and is a good value for my money. The material did not irritate my skin. Definitely a quality product.

This is not the same thickness as ab boards so difficult to wear with them on in a faja, this one will slide around unfortunately. Still does it’s job but would like it to be thicker so I don’t have to keep moving and adjusting it.
