My son was born in January. Purchased this thing because I wanted something that would hold him up sufficiently out of the water so that we could enjoy ourselves and not be constantly worried. We started out constantly worried just to be safe, but over time this inflatable gained our respect for being a perfect place for the little guy in the pool.It's pretty good at positioning him in a swimming position where he can kick his legs underneath him. He holds his head up now, but if he puts it down, it lands on the inflatable part out of the water. The floatie allows a little to come between the two inflatable areas to allow him to splash and play with little pool toys.The sun protector part was the weakest aspect of it. It may have broken after being weighed down with water at one point. It no longer locks into place and starts sagging. Because it can hold water, it will be susceptible to filling up if you flip it over to rinse it. Just be careful with it, and maybe yours will last. I wish the sun protector was detachable or possibly made of the mesh to allow water to come through to give it a longer life for those that aren't as careful.

Our 10 month old grandbaby loves this thing in the pool. It's sturdy and holds her up out of the water so there's no risk of her head going under or tipping over or anything nasty. Close 1:1 direct "in the pool" supervision is needed obviously. The sun shade is tough to move. It goes Clunk Clunk as you move it through the positions. But it does work well. Overall, can't beat it for the price.

Great floating device for older or bigger babies! We love it now.We originally bought this floaty for my daughter when she was 6 months because that was the age group they said it was made for, but she couldn’t stay up well in it and kept leaning forward. She would face plant into the water a lot because she wasn’t big enough to fill it out.Now that she is almost 9 months old she does great in it and enjoys floating around our pool in it very much. The canopy is nice, but took us some getting used to because it sometimes doesn’t stay up right very well and starts to slip back down.The wide mesh area surrounding the baby seat is a lot of fun for her to splash around in and offers a lot of cool toy storage so she is always busy playing. It also stays inflated for a long time. We have only needed to blow it back up once since we bought in the spring time and it’s now mid August.I would recommend this product for anyone looking for a baby 9-12 months old.

We ordered this for our 6 month old grandson. After removing from box it takes a few minutes (several) to fully self inflate. Attaching the sun shield was easy. He loved bouncing /floating in the the pool. We felt he was completely safe in it.

This float is terrific! Our 9-month-old grandson happily plays in the pool, while staying completely shielded from the strong Florida sun. The float has a large enough surface to hold all his toys and provide space for splashing. It was easy to inflate and seems quite durable.

Finally open it (one month after receiving) and the plastic piece that holds the canopy up is broken on one side is snapped. I will have to use some electrical tape on it to keep the canopy in the upright position. I live in Florida so the canopy is vital. And, of course, there was only a 30 day window for returns. Disappointed.

I bought this for my grand daughter for a beach trip. She loved this so much that we ended up spending 80% of our trip in the pool with her because she was happiest in this in the pool!

Llego a tiempo. Fácil de armar, no ocupada mucho espacio y puedes meterlo en maleta o bolsa de playa

A mi bebé de 7 meses le encantó y es muy seguro, agarra bien. Eso sí obviamente no puedes dejarlo de supervisar todo el tiempo. Si cubre del sol al bebé pero aún así pónganle gorrito contra rayos UV. A los 20 minutos les empieza a dar sueño en l alberca. Está lo máximo lo súper recomiendo.

For what it cost it’s cheaply made. The seem split around the floatable part.

Love the shade and how sturdy it is. The upper body stays quite dry as there is a seat and not much bobbing up n down the waters. Tried it for my 11m girl. Not sure how it will be when she is older and more active, but for now, she remains calm and seems to enjoy the water with this. The toys are within reachable distance to her short arms, great float all in all.
