Kennelsol needs to be sprayed on a hard surface to work properly. You can spray it in the air for the smell but it will not be effective for killing pathogens

hello, i’m reading the bottle now and it states to use 8 oz of the chemical per gallon of water on “hard, non-porous surfaces in animal care facilities such as floors, walls, metal surfaces, stainless steel surfaces, glazed porcelain, and plastic surfaces.” not for use on medical devices. minimum contact time is 10 minutes. unfortunately it does not say anything specifically about using this product in a washing machine. perhaps check with veterinary clinic in your area, as i am only using this as a volunteer animal transporter where i am cleaning my car and any animal crates that have held transporting animals. i hope this helps!

Fresh and clean

We have used this for a couple of years. Our dog has an outdoor potty area made of gravel. After a couple of weeks, especially in the summer, it begins to smell from urine filtering through. One quick spray with this product both disinfects the area and makes it smell fresh and clean. We use as directed and it has never bothered our dog’s feet.

Awesome product!

Kennel sol is my go to product. I actually use it for cleaning in my home, not just at the grooming salon. It smells amazing. My clients always made comments about how great my salon smelt. It would completely mask the smell of wet dogs or accidents. It may seem expensive, but it's really no different than your average Lysol since you need to premix/dilute the kennel sol with water.

Disinfectant and Cleaner

Purchased this under the recommendation from my vet since we have multiple dogs and a cat in the house. I used it with my mopping solution to help cut down the dog smell and clean up some urine spots. Overall, it has a nice scent to it. I will say I think the KOE that I had purchased before cut the smell better, but that could just be me. The directions don't really give great instructions for home use, granted, it is a commercial product, which makes sense. Overall, it seems to get the job done, and if my vet thinks it works, then I will continue to use it.
