FolkmanisLittle Lion Hand Puppet

This puppet was not of the quality I expect from Folkmanis. It is very small, when I put it on my hand it just barely reached the heel of my palm. It’s scruffy., but with a gentle grooming, much improved. The fabric did not have the plush feel. I associate with this brand. That said, it is cute as a button, the lower jaw (complete with three soft plastic teeth) opens to a full roar, and should fit four or five-year-old’s quite nicely. In the photo, you can see that I have added a black cuff which balances the puppet better on your hand, and covers your wrist. I think my granddaughter will be delighted.

I use this little guy in my classroom and the kids love him! He is a cute and soft little puppet. He fits nicely on my hand to my wrist. I wish his mouth opened a little easier with fingers. His arms open with my thumb and my ring finger, his mouth with my pointer. I have little hands so he is a nice fit.Great little free hand puppet.
