Product was easy to take. It did take a few days to notice a change, but my cravings were decreased and I ate less food. I felt like I was full.

I purchased this product for my Mom and she wasn't able to take it long enough to see any results! I will not say that the product is bad or didn't work as claimed because it upset her stomach pretty badly so I had to return it. I tried this product for few day I can't see any result and I did not have any side affects.

The original jar of powder from company may cost a bit more but it’s dark berry color wasn’t cut with something making the product white and sweet tasting like kool aid.

Bought some I go haven't noticed any difference probably will not buy the pills
