Bestway 56417 Steel Pro Above Ground, 12ft x 30 Inch | Frame Swimming Pool with Filter Pump

Ran over my buddy’s other pool with a mower so I bought him this as a replacement 😂, a little shorter than I imagined it but the kids enjoy it

I purchased the 12 x 30 pool. Arrived in record time. Easy to assemble, even with two small children helping. Filled it up and we were ready to go. Well constructed and the pump works well. Purchased a Bestway ladder to go with it and we were all set. The 30" depth is a perfect adult soaking depth and the 12' allows everyone to fit inside with plenty of room. We have been enjoying it on these hot days. Highly recommended.

This pool is nice. Exactly as pictured in the ad. Some ad's show a ladder but that's for the deeper model. This pool is 30" deep, frame stands at about 34", which is easy for an adult to step over the side (I'm 5'8). Only giving 3 stars for assembly because the instruction are not clear, just pictures only. I had a little trouble putting the filter together, but got some help from a fella at Ace Hardware, (push the hoses all the way up as far as you can, not to just the o-ring.) I did buy better hose clamps, it comes with plastic clamps. The only downside for sturdiness is, the intake and outtake fittings just hang there, I thought they would leak but haven't so far. The pump is way too small. It is rated for 330 gallons and the pool is 1700. Upside is, I was able to put it up all by myself, and I'm an old lady!!

This pool has provided 4 years (and counting) of summer playtime for our grandkids and their parents. Definitely recommend buying the cover. Take care of it, and you'll get much enjoyment from it!

Arrived early, set up a week later, and great family fun in this heat. 12 ft Steel Max Pro is perfect size for 5 kids. Sturdy & safe depth is perfect for adults and also for 3 yr old toddler. Swim pool ladder is best for getting in/out of pool.Only gave 4 stars for value, as I believe this size pool needs larger pump. I am now using another pump we had from a 16 ft pool, and works much better. Happy family, thank you!

As I’m was unpacking the pool I saw a tear on the plastic and looked at the liner and there was a pin hole in it. The plastic was damaged but the box was not. So that means it was 100% packed with a tear on it. Secondly the pump doesn’t work. The plug is messed up and has to be wiggled to make it work a little. Then I have to call to get any help. Don’t buy

Good size for a family with small kids . They can stand in it an enjoy the water .

Like - relatively easy to assemble, large in size (good for older kids), and is sturdy.Dislike - the drain plug doesn’t go to the bottom so it is not able to fully drain. It is difficult to keep clean. Pump and filter didn’t seem to do much to keep it clean. I would recommend also getting a pad to protect it, chlorine tablets and holder, and a ladder. For the price, I think it should be more of a complete system. It would also be nice if it had a water hose connection.
