Dock is not working 😕
I received the Dock and it is not working 😕 it seams that the docks socket is damaged and therefore the power is not stable and the Dock keeps switching off.

Please verify the service validity in Dell Support Website when you receive the product. I received one with expired service validity, but i missed to check it before the return date

After 4 months all USB ports are not working
I could not reach the seller,(AmzonWarehouse UAE) all USB ports are not working all the sudden after 4 months of usage, other ports are okay.

Faulty Item and no contact with seller
Item is fault. The fan is on constantly. I have made several attempts to contact this seller with no response. I have also contacted amazon about this and been told lies that the seller is no longer on amazon and they can do nothing. Very disappointed with this.
