Interesting read
Interesting book. A wide variety of topics, all briefly covered in this book. When interested in any particular ones you probably need to buy other books to dive in deeper. Overall nice presentation, only complaint is that some of the images/illustrations are quite small and therefore a bit difficult to see in full detail.

Impossible to decipher the drawings and photos
I have 5 other Wooden Books, and was so excited about this one. Alas, I only love this book as an idea anymore. There is so much information being crammed into the pages in an effort, I can only assume, to lower production costs, that all the drawings and pictures are regrettably undecipherable!!! Even with strong glasses, they remain absolutely impossible to read. They are also very dark monochromatic color, which makes them even more messy. To do the contents justice, this book needed to have the illustrations be at least 3-4 times bigger, so you can read all the annotations, without which the pictures are useless.. It is a real shame the way this book was allowed to be released.

Interesting reading most of the time. It's a bit shallow, doesn't really go in depth on any topic. Each page is a new topic pretty much, usually one page with text, the following containing pictures.
