What you need: 2lbs stew beef 1lb smoked fish or shrimp ½ tsp salt 1 cube Knorr chicken bouillon ¾ cup palm oil 6 cups water 1 packet Albasa Egusi Soup Mix Instruction 1. Add beef, salt, bouillon and 1 cups water to medium pot. 2. Cook on medium heat till meat is tender, and water is almost dried. 3. Remove meat and set aside. 4. Add 5 cups of water and oil to the pot, and bring to a rolling boil. 5. Quickly stir in Egusi mix and meat. Cover and cook on medium high heat for 5 minutes (its important to stir quickly and cover for the first 5 minutes to get the right texture) 6. Add smoked fish or shrimp, stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
