I recently turned 44 and peri menopause has hit me like a bus! I have terrible mood swings (I’m like the not so Incredible Hulk), sweating (like someone turns on a faucet under my clothes), sleepless nights for weeks on end, and just a general malaise. I researched several OTC supplements to help with these symptoms. I liked the idea that Estroven might help with weight loss but I wanted something that would incorporate Ashwaganda into my regimen. So I ordered an Ashwaganda supplement from Happy, Healthy, Hippie. My first day I took the Estroven and Ash together. I had no hot flashes, no excessive sweating, no mood swings but I felt muted. People at work kept asking if I was okay bc I seemed like “something was wrong”. The next day I decided to only take the Estroven. I had no hot flashes, excessive sweating or mood swings but I took it in conjunction with my diet pill, AtraFen Elite (I only take one a day to help with appetite suppression) to see if it would add a little pep to my step. That day, I felt more like my old self. No one at work commented that I seemed off. By the third day of taking Estroven, I was ready for bed by 10pm with no problems falling asleep. I do however have several things to help me sleep at night. I keep melatonin, unisom, and ambien in my medicine cabinet. I don’t take a sleeping aid every night but I find that the week before my period is the most sleepless week I have each month. So I have these sleep aids just in case there’s a rough night. I also invested in a Lasko X Blower floor fan which is an amazing little fan. I highly recommend this supplement. I don’t know if there’s any one fix for us women going through this but this certainly has helped me. I’m only taking the Estroven and AtraFen on my work days right now. After buying this 3x i believed and after letting it lapse - no there wasn't any difference between before and after. I drank more water. Awesome decision.

So, I didn’t have high hopes that this product would work, but after 60 days of use I can say it absolutely works! I was waking up multiple times per night with hot flashes and some during the day as well. But 60 days later and I haven’t had any in about a week. It’s such a relief. Give it the 60 day try for sure because I was going to give up on it but I’m so glad I didn’t.

I purchased this and saw results in a few days. I am 48 years old and had a total hysterectomy a few years ago and was scared to continue with the estrogen patch. While I didn't have hot flashes, the weight gain around my belly was noticeable and bothersome. I have a very active job and walk over 10K steps and burn over 1K calories a day so the weight gain had to be attributed to menopause. I took this product on day one.. fine no issues. Day two this product did havoc to my body. In the morning had cramping in my stomach and I felt off. After lunch I had severe cramping in my stomach and kidneys. I was dizzy, nauseated and shivering due to a fever. I was laying on the floor in my office. I had to leave work early and slept for 12 hours. One day later from that fiasco I still feel like crap. Do not take this.. all natural my A$&. This should be a felony to sell this stuff. I wouldn’t even give it one star.. but I felt I should warn whoever is thinking of buying this

I had uterine cancer before i was menopausal now i am.. I purchased these tablets the hot flshes killed me into depression but within one week of taking these tablets they have been reduced. Im not lying i don't normally leave feedbacks but being diagnosed with cancer and the resulting menopausal symptoms killed me i was so depressed killed my life but i feel like the hot flushes have been reduced omg i died from them.
