would this work if used with drawer slides to lift and lower a workbench tabletop with some type of drill adapter attachment?

Would this work on a 17' Alumaweld boat trailer? Need something that will provide a taller lift so boat will drain properly.

The pictures show a round base attached to the bowtie. Do these come with that round base?

Can anyone tell me the width of the jack arms? Are they 2"? What is the distance between the 2 closest holes on the mounting plate - closest to jack
