2 Pack Garden Trellis for Climbing Plants Outdoor, Rustproof Plastic Coated Metal Plant Support, Garden Obelisk Trellis Indoor Potted Plant, Tomato Cage for Support Rose, Vegetable Vines

After seeing metal obelisks at a local boutique nursery for hundreds of dollars each, I was happy to see these plastic coated metal ones on Amazon. Same look, far less money. Assembly was simple, but after they’re all put together they’re not exactly solid. Once they’re in the ground, they’re stable enough. Every now and then I have to go out and straighten the little fluer de lis parts at the top though. So far, they’ve held up to the cucumber vines I’m growing on them this season. I haven’t seen any signs of fading. I anticipate them lasting many, many years.

For the price - this is a great trellis. Push down on all 4 uprights to make sure it's level and the joints are tight. I tied string between the gaps to help my clematis move up. I will take in for the winter because snow will pile up on it where it is in my garden. Not the strongest structure but great if you need a low price, easy to move trellis.

Poles are metal and the finial and circular supports are plastic. So don't be rough with installation... As you'll read with other comments, these are prone to snap. Circles can be a bit warped, but with a little time they can be evened out to appear more presentable. And once this fills in with berries it's not going to be noticeable anyways. I'm not sure if this is already a garden hack or not, but I ended up splitting the obelisk since I didn't need all the height for my intended planters. So I have it set up to be two planter obelisk, and then two open cage supports. So all in all, especially if you work it out to get 4 products all together... Get it!

This was easy to assemble and very lightweight. It was difficult to push into the ground because of its flimsiness and I ended up using a garden stake to get the tuteur deep enough. I'm not going to skimp - next time I'm buying metal. In the photo, the one on the right is what I bought from Amazon. The one on the left is coated metal, single-piece. Much more stable.

This is great, and my climbing plants love it. The top decoration, though, does not fit tight & tends to wobble around. I will probly glue it in place. Other than than, I would purchase these again, & probly will, should I purchase any other plants that need something to climb on...

UPDATED: I had to throw them away because they kept falling completely apart. There are plenty of much better options. The upright poles are metal, but everything else is plastic. The circular parts are plastic and sort of clip to the metal upright poles. They were almost all bent or warped out of the box, which makes the obelisk unstable and crooked. The plastic circle clips to the poles and will loosen pretty quickly. One snapped just putting it on the pole. These are simple to put together but there are better options for the same price.

The trellis is perfect height helping with trailing vegetables such as cucumber,melons,and squashes. Plus they are attractive in the garden compared to the standard bamboo sticks that they sell at Lowes. They are a tiny bit lighter than expected but,made well,assembles quickly with no missing parts and great value.

Die Obelisken sind leicht zu montieren, müssen aber vorsichtig in die Erde gesteckt werden und zusätzlich an 2 Stellen angeschraubt , sonst werden sie nicht stabil. Aber die Mühe lohnt sich und der Pavilion mit den 5 Obelisken, die die Rosen etwas im Zaun halten, sieht jetzt viel besser aus. Und das zu einem bezahlbaren Preis.

Quite sturdy easy to resemble .Good value for money . Looks ok . Maybe in the future I’ll get a better quality one.

Ich habe die Obelisken jetzt beinahe ein Jahr. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Bislang sehr ich keinen Rost. Ich kann sie je nach Bedarf zusammenstecken - groß, klein, Stäbe, ohne "Kuppel". Sehr flexibel und Dekorativ. :) Manche Stäbe gehen sehr schwer auseinander. Das sollte man beachten.

I have had a hard time finding plastic ones like these. I After putting them together i decided to buy 2 more sets lol I'll store them for the winter.
