I bought this for my pups' paws that were cracking during cold weather. It helped and I actually used myself when my own heels were dry and cracked. I can safely say it works for dogs and people!

The paw balm works well and softend roughened paws to heal them and make them smooth.

It goes on easy but doesn't seen to absorb alot. Also my dog lickes it off to fast.

Our old friend (15 years) was so miserable because of the skin issues brought on my his medications that we were considering putting him down because he was so miserable. This paw balm helped his feet with the first dose. So grateful!

It’s easy to put on and is very moisturizing.

I didn't get the opportunity to test this product as effectively as I would have liked... my dog died unexpectedly (pulmonary embolism, NOT associated with or caused by this product) and I was unable to complete testing as a result. Here's what I did find:The product was easy to apply and seemed to be helping with those dry areas on the fore and hind legs that see a lot of contact with the floor. The skin was definitely softening.I didn't use this on his paws, as he was very concerned about putting anything on his paws. However, based upon the progress I saw on his legs, I would assume that this product would work well on paws as well.I worried about using other products in an area where he could lick... the chemical composition of some products are potentially unhealthy and even dangerous to dogs, so buying a product specifically made for dogs seems wise. I was a bit concerned about the inclusion of essential oils in the product as I understand many of these can be toxic to dogs, but the amount is so minimal that I feel secure it's not an issue.My experience with this product was positive in the time I had to use it, so I feel relatively secure in recommending it. My pet didn't have any negative reaction to the balm.
