i like it. after using it for a few hours then looking at my tv i prefer to use the clip on on my glasses.

I love these Spectra479 Clip-On Blue Light Blocking Lenses. I recently had cataract surgery, and my doctor emphasized how important blue light protection is during recovery, especially with screen use. These clip on securely to my glasses and don’t shift around, which makes them easy to wear all day while working. I’ve already noticed a difference — less eye fatigue, less dryness, and I don’t feel as exhausted at the end of my workday. That alone makes them worth it for me. They’re comfortable enough that I plan to keep using them even after I’m fully healed. The only small thing to note is lens height. My glasses are on the larger side, and these lenses are slightly shorter, so I can’t see as clearly if I look sharply downward. For normal day-to-day use, though, it hasn’t really been an issue. Overall, these have been a great addition and really helpful for reducing screen-related eye strain.

After wearing for two weeks, they still seem to be ok. I have worn them clipped on to my Ray-Ban frames for my prescription glasses from when I get up in the morning to when I go to bed in the evening. I would recommend these as they seem to hold up well from DAILY use, so that’s a good sign.
