A waste of your money

These did not work out for me. Neither one of them were what I was looking for. But it is a high quality product and if the color was right, I would have purchased them.

The quality of this flooring seems excellent. I was really impressed with the thickness, the wear layer, and padding on it. However the photos online are inaccurate. Which I mean, okay fine, different monitors can show different colors. (Although I've never had any issue with colors like this on anything else I've ordered.) The color shown for Lachlan is a light warm grey, but when I received the sample it's more of a blonde/tan color. It's NOT grey at all. And that's the point of buying a sample first I guess. But where they lost two stars is for customer service. I contacted them to inquire about which color would be their lightest grey, because I thought this was grey but when I got it, it was tan. And they proceeded to tell me that Lachlan was indeed their lightest grey color, that its a light warm grey, but still grey. When I replied no, it's tan and not grey at all and wanted to know what the lightest actual GREY color was, they continued to ignore what I was saying and try to insist that this tan color was grey. So 3 stars for flooring quality. But -2 stars for the customer service that almost felt like gaslighting. I was going to buy samples of the other greys to see if one of those might work since I loved the flooring itself. But that interaction, while seemingly polite on the surface, but refusing to actually acknowledge their color description is inaccurate, completely turned me off from this company. I have an excellent color perception, am a tetrachromat, and it's basically my job to tell differences in color tones and shades. Don't tell me this is a "true grey with the smallest hint of warm undertones". Lachlan is 100% a muted blonde/tan color.
