Does what it's says 16v to 5v
Using this to run a heated vest from a 16v RC battery, Unit stays nice and cool when running.

Seems to do what I expected.
I've been using this to power a Jetson nano, 2x raspberry pi zero's broadcasting video and 4x encoders and it copes well so far. Had to reduce its size a little but compact and powerful. For my requirements the fuse holder is placed in the wrong place, but removed it and resoldered the leads, just the trick. Very content with purchase

I fitted this to an autogyro to power a piece of avionics that uses a Raspberry Pi. It had been repeatedly failing when powered via a USB connector. I tested this buck convertor and can confirm that it maintains 5.2v output with an input as low as 8v. Has now been working perfectly for a number of hours. Highly recommended.

Works well and seems well constructed.
The unis seems well made and sealed against the elements. Easy to wire and a compact size. Voltage spears to be steady at just above 5v
