Mine keep getting "borrowed"
When I told my neighbours about these nail files I seemed to have a lot of friends who needed a nail file. I did let them have one to try out though because I had a boxful. The general consensus is that these are cracking nail files and have more uses than just for filing your nails. I didn't ask!!!I used one on fake nails (my girlfriends) and they worked really well, the nice thing being is that they can be washed afterwards and used again and again. They have two types of grit, a 100 and a 180 (I think) and they're great for that first file when the fake nail was first stuck down and you want to shape the tops.

An excellent set with natural and acrylic nails
An excellent set of emery board, nail files for both natural and acrylic nails. They were actually recommended to me by a friend who works as a manicurist; the shape and the two sided varied grain makes them an excellent buy. They are a strong hardboard with a cushioned inner; the curved shape lets the file glide over the nail tip. I am currently in between manicures, hoping to improve the condition of my nails before I'm tempted to get the acrylics done again. Unfortunately my natural nails aren't good so I didn't want to weaken them further with harsh filing; hence the reason for taking her advise.The grain on one side (100) is gentler for my nails now, but the harsher (180) side more suitable when I get my nails done again, as the acrylic is considerably harder; you can feel the difference.A set of 15 files, which will last ages; I can see why my friend uses them at work; great value.
