Comprehensive kit for rescuing AMD motherboards
I accidentally bricked my system by flashing the BIOS with AMIWIN with the wrong options set, with this kit I was able to fully recover the board by flashing the manufacturer BIOS directly. The clip worked perfectly and the various adapters it comes with work just fine at all the necessary voltages - in my case I needed the 1.8V adapter, but there's a jumper toggle for 3.3v vs 5v if you need it. When you flash, just remove the board and all components first to protect them, the board should not be powered.

Awesome, worked like a charm
I picked this up to put the BIOS back on a system that bricked itself with the manufacturers upgrade tool. I used flashrom under Linux, and it worked like a charm, the BIOS is updated, and the system is working again.

does NOT support bios SPI flashing. UART ONLY version. can't switch into USB SPI mode.
This board does NOT allow bios SPI flashing. it is permanently in UART mode, and can not be put into SPI mode, in spite of directions to the contrary about the yellow header pins. I've tried it every which way, and it's permanently in UART mode. Don't buy it if that's what you need it for. it won't work.

It's a $5 programmer
For $5 you can't really complain, but there is plenty to complain about. If your chip is on the supported list, you never plan to program anything else, and you can track down the right drivers and software it will do the job. Otherwise get a better programmer. And even then if have an Arduino or Raspberry Pi you can just program them read and write eeprom.

Great product
the hardware is great. bit of a pain to find software and operating instructions on the internet, but i really can't fault the vendor for that.
