What can I say? it's a JR
JR has long been one of the top shelf companies when it comes to servos. The 8911HV is at the top of the list when it comes to large scale servos. With it's aluminum heat sink case, metal gears, high torque and high voltage what's not to like? Yes I would prefer titanium gears to steel gears, but I also did not feel like spending $200. per servo when I needed 11. The one drawback to JR equipment is they have a stronghold on their distributors. They do not let them discount their products. So everyone pretty much sells JR stuff at the same exact price. I was amazed to find some discounted servos on Amazon. It was a bit of a PITA that most only had 1 in stock and those that listed more canceled my order 2 days after stating that they were out of stock. Only to relist it at a higher price. All in all The product is A+ as you would expect from JR.
