Solid and smooth. Feels good in the hands and could be used as a hand weight for light weight shoulder work. Awesome for the price and came fast!

So other than the 1" hole seems to go over the O ring so maybe more than an inch. The other issue is that it only has lbs and kg. I try to remember the conversion lbs to kg. I have mate in UK and we talk about weight and where we are at. So quick addition would be easier which made me switch to another brand.

I bought a 40lb dumbbell set and wanted a smaller plate to add to it and this is perfect. It fits my dumbbell handles and it's better quality than the plates that came in my set. I'm happy with this purchase.

These weight plates are great. My small complaint is that they don’t fit on the 1” inch bar perfectly. They are a little loose but once you put the clips on it is no big deal.I would recommend.

Very hard to find these days. If you want to up your curls, shoulders and tricep weights every few workouts without jumping 5 lb intervals and hurting your ligaments then these are the way to go. Thank you seller for having these in stock.
