My 15 month old still likes to sleep in my king bed and drinks SO much water throughout the night that we found ourselves washing the bedsheets and blankets almost daily because regardless of several nighttime diaper changes his diaper always leaked through every single night and this is with the 12 hour Pampers which typically do quite well in terms of leak proof. Which led to mattress scrubbing and airing out before new sheets go down-huge pain if you’re tired and come to find have to strip the bed at 9 o’clock at night and remake the bed while doing laundry. After several discouraging purchases of different protectors including expensive ones at Target that completely leaked through even with a towel as a barrier between the mattress and protector THIS one finally held up very nicely. So far after having for a couple of weeks I have only had to strip and wash twice total where all the blankets sheet and towel soaked through and this protector was wet thus the mattress was a teeny damp. I mean nothing is entirely waterproof unless it’s thick plastic however this one is quite soft and comfortable has no crinkling and you cannot even tell it’s on at all. Washes and tumbled on medium heat and it held up perfectly. Would highly recommend for those with small ones still in the bed.

I had one use in mind for the mattress protector. How to keep puddles from soaking through and ruining the mattress. Towels weren’t cutting it and sleeping on the couch after a long, hard night was putting a crick in my back.After many nights, albeit inebriated, of searching reviews that were “putting down what I was picking up” I ordered this.I don’t remember what I ordered when I found Amazon’s sweet sweet parcel on my doorstep- but was not disappointed when i opened it. Or when I did another load of laundry and put the protector down first.It’s soft, quiet, breathable and does it’s job better than the guy wiping down your car to get all the water spots off at a car wash.Note- I’ve had to wash this about 10 times so far and if you use a gentle cycle and an “air only” dryer setting, it’ll continue to protect your mattress.

Not sure where they got the breathable part from when under the soft bamboo in a plastic lining. So if you have a gel mattress and looking for something water proof and breathable this probably isn't it. I havent tested the water proof part but with the plastic lining I'm sure it is and to the breathable part not so much.

just got the cover .. fit well .. have not washed or spilled anything on it .. the price point was good .. the pockets are big enough to lay some cushioning under the mat .. why pay a lot of money for toppers when you can create that effect on your own and to your own standards ..this mat doesnt have all the chemicals and artificial down etc .we will see

Purchased for our camper pull out, wanted it protected and it’s been great. It’s easy to clean and more comfortable that our last one.

I purchased the Queen because it was cheaper than the double or full size. Bad idea. I gave it to my daughter that has a queen. It cant be just stuffed under the mattress , you need to buy the right size for your bed.Just a helpful hint

Great cover. It's held up to spills and accidents quite well. The best part is it's very soft and comfortable. I'm like the princess and the pea and I don't even feel it on my bed. Most mattress protectors are not comfortable enough for me to use. I only use bamboo mattress protectors like this one.

Has a plastic or vinyl backing on it and it doesn’t sit on the mattress like a sheet would it slides all over so it’s not smooth and crinkles under your sheets not great
