Q: The description says the seed trays are removable. All the reviews say they do not remove. My question to the company is..do the trays remove or not?

That is a recommendation that I made to the company, but what they offer at this time does not have removable trays. Also if it rains the water runs down through the seeds into the bottom tray and you get murky water. You have to dump the whole feeder to empty the water.

Q: How do you empty the water cup when it gets full of debris if it is attached to the frame? Wouldn’t you have to remove the whole unit to dump it all?

Or use a cloth that can absorb the water to get the effect of cleaning. Hope this method can help to clean the tray.
