Shoes for CrewsReese Sneaker

I am a general manager at a restaurant so I needed shoes that were professional and comfortable and these fit perfectly. No need to break them in. I'm on my feet 10-12 hours a day with no problem.

If you’re on you feet for a lengthy amount of time I would not recommend. No arch and narrow

These shoes are not slip resistant - I work 8-10 hour shifts and I was all over the restaurant .. very sad because I thought these would go so cute with my management outfits

Needed a slip resistant shoe to work in (restaurant industry/front of house). I do wish they had more to choose from feminine wise since it's really the bottom of the shoe that does the work. I'd think we could come up with more options. Not a croc/ tennis shoe style gal. This was as cutesy as I found. I do like and size I chose was good no real breaking in needed for me. Which was wonderful.
