Great product! I ordered the standard size and easily steamed enough vegetables for the week. Could have probably steamed twice as many. The clean up was fairly easy as well. The design is very user and storage friendly. The only negative part of the experience is that the handle that came with upgrades product started to blemish during the first use. Small, brown, permanent brown blemishes on the top of the handle. It would have been nice if the handle came with a retainer nut as well. However, the I still feel it deserves a 5 star rating in light of this. Great overall product. Highly recommended.

I am extremely happy with this steamer. You can tell right away that it is made of much better quality than your typical steamer insert and the extendable handle is awesome. It's very sturdy and keeps the steamer "bed" straight with no need to balance it on your way to the serving bowl. I was so done trying to pick up the edges of my old insert with two forks while trying to not let it slip and drop all of my broccoli all over the stove while making my way to the serving bowl. Also, I like the fact that I am cooking in stainless steel with only a little silicone on the feet to protect the pot from getting scratched up. Very, very satisfied.

2nd Edit: I received an email from the seller, apologizing for the issue with the handle and letting me know that they would send me a replacement, free of charge. I received that replacement within a couple of days. Excellent customer service! This seller stands behind their product.Edit: The Handle fell off!I only used this steamer 7 or 8 times (if even that many) and the handle fell off. The top part of the handle, which telescopes down into the bottom half, came off and I cannot get it to stay back on. The handle was what made it so easy to get the basket in and out of the pot so easily. I sent a message to the vendor through the "send the seller feedback" link that was emailed to me but I have received no reply. If the handle is important to you, I would go with something else. Too bad, I really liked the steamer until this happened.This steamer is Awesome! I got the large one and it fits perfectly inside my 8-qt instant pot. It is strong and can handle being loaded down with chicken breasts as well as veggies The extendable handle is easy to grab onto to lift the basket out of the pot. I can push it down or pull it up a bit to use it to prop up items a bit in the basket. The legs leave just enough room to sit above the water in the pot. This was a great addition to my kitchen!

This steamer was the perfect addition for my steaming needs, however I did not receive the E-book cook book as per advertised when I ordered which I was looking forward to getting new ideas from! ☹️ This is why I gave it 3 stars, hopefully the company will send it out after reading this.

I very rarely give reviews but I had to get on and say something about this product. First, the product is of good quality. I used the peeler last night and I have had other peelers like this that didn't work well but the blades on this one are sharp and did a wonderful job. I haven't had a chance to use the steamer yet but I am sure I will be just as happy with it. The real reason I am giving the review though is the awesome customer service I received. I was originally sent the wrong product and I emailed the vendor on Saturday and didn't really expect to hear from them. I received a response very quickly promising they would send out a replacement right away. Again, I was skeptical because of prior experience but by Monday I already had the replacement! Thank you Kitchen Deluxe!

I was so excited to get this steamer. I'm sorry to say I've been disappointed. Everything might be stainless steel except the nut that secures the handle to the the basket. After only 2 steams, the nut has rusted over, causing parts of the basket and the handle to uneven crust over with a thin smear of RED rust. Also, if you put too much weight on it, one of the little legs might collapse, causing the food to get soggy or cook unevenly. It would be helpful if they gave a maximum weight limit on the steamer before this occurs.. FYI a whole head of cabbage cut into pieces is too heavy for it to sustain without collapsing.Finally, the extra peeler that it comes with is so not worth it, unless it's not a peeler. :)

Revised: Original review below.The first steamer I received rusted quickly, but after I left the review I was sent a new one right away, and it is great! very functional and no rust after a few months of use.I have a really hard time believing this is 100% stainless steel. I've used it maybe 8 or 9 times since I bought it a few months ago and it is rusting. I see in the reviews that I am not the only one for whom this has happened. See the photo photos...I gave it a 2 because functionally it is nice, but the number one reason I chose this model was that it said 100% stainless steel.

These look good, however the post that attaches the bottom steamer to the top steamer doesn't fit! It's one side of it has threads that are too small to attach, it falls apart.
