Just like PT
I broke my wrist and this was one of the tools the therapist used.These are exactly the same and will help me keep doing the exercises at home.

Three tool too help you recover
Physical therapy tool to help my grip after wrist surgery, to strengthen my grip. It works like a charm!

Works for tennis and golfers elbow!
I had tennis elbow and used the red one as directed and within 2 weeks my elbow felt good enough to golf. After about 4 weeks, I moved up to the green one to strengthen the elbow. I don't think I will ever make it to the blue one, time will tell.
