Physical therapy tool to help my grip after wrist surgery, to strengthen my grip. It works like a charm!

Works for tennis and golfers elbow!
I had tennis elbow and used the red one as directed and within 2 weeks my elbow felt good enough to golf. After about 4 weeks, I moved up to the green one to strengthen the elbow. I don't think I will ever make it to the blue one, time will tell.

Flex bars work great. And I have notice a difference in my forearm and shoulder after a week of use. So far holding up to the test after a few months of daily use.
